Scripture: God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea… and all the earth.” Genesis 1:26 (ESV)
God fashioned us like himself, in his image and likeness, from the substance with which he is made. Then, God breathed his breath into us. God made us royalty! With this extraordinary privilege comes a tremendous responsibility to function like God.
As people of the kingdom, we do not move to the drums of other people’s opinions. We exercise our dominion with dignity and humility.
